Turmeric is great if you have a lot of body pains whether they be minor or large. By taking this regularly, you can easily eliminate the amount of pain medication you have to take whether it be daily or all together. I received this product for evaluation purposes and I was surprised by how well it actually did work and being all natural I felt better knowing there would not be any hidden chemicals. The capsules taste how you would expect, like Tumeric so you will either love them or hate them but either way they go down easy and don't hurt the stomach.
