I've been using Biotin for a few years, so when this company offered me a bottle in return for my honest and unbiased opinion I couldn't pass up the chance. If you feel like your hair is thin, your hair just wont grow, or your nails are weak and wont grow this is the product for you. While you probably don't have a Biotin deficiency, considering how rare it really is, taking some in my opinion doesn't hurt a thing. I do notice if I stop taking it my hair and nails stop growing and they just get to thin, I can't stand it. You really only need to take one pill a day as opposed to the three or four you would with other brands. So you get literally months and months worth in one bottle, talk about a real deal.
