Muscle Roller Stick

I wasn't sure how I would feel about a muscle stick and after using this one for a little while I'm still not really sold on them in general. I did however receive this one in return for my honest and unbiased opinions so I gave it a fair try and I think they're useful just not for me. If you're willing to take the time to use this, it can be helpful for sore muscles after workouts or just muscle pains in general. This is ideal for legs and arms I would say simply because it wasn't the greatest on my back. While it really does help with the muscle pains I would simply rather stretch better after working out to avoid the pains in general.
