This is such an interesting kitchen tool, the spiralizer is way to handle, lightweight, has sharp blades, and cuts without issues. The safety of this is in question in my book because the blades are exposed so I would not let children use this without supervision. The quality isn't high its plastic and metal but it's super durable and while hand washing can result in cuts you can put this in the dishwasher without fear. It's very bright in color so you really wouldn't be able to miss it in with all your other kitchen gadgets but it is small enough to fit in a drawer so that's a plus but still I would not do that for safety reasons. I like this gadget it's a lot of fun to use, product provided for evaluation.
