A good Zester/Grater is hard to come by, which would probably come as a surprise to most anyone considering how little this items are used in the everyday kitchen. But what I love this product for is making drinks and pies, this makes it possible to add just the right amount of citrus flavoring without overwhelming the taste buds. The next amazing feature of this product is it comes with a cover! That means if you are fumbling around inside your draws you will not cut yourself, lose a finger nail, or bust your knuckles on the grate. The cover is a heavy plastic so if it ever gets dirty cleaning will not be a problem. Speaking of cleaning, this comes with a cleaning bush so the holes are never clogged you can easily get everything out. The zester itself is stainless steel so you can go ahead and put it in the dishwasher to clean if you like and not worry about rust which is always an added bonus. Product provided for evaluation.
