Keeping my kids out of the cabinets is a must, having locks that the kids can't figure out or open is even better! We rent the house we live in so drilling into cabinets really isn't an option and my ability to line the locks up is minimal. So when these locks required no tools I was jumping for joy.
The length of the strap is easily adjusted by opening the one side of the locks that do not have the button on them. Then you can cut the strap to your desired length and then close the lock back up. The straps are super flexible so there is a little give to them and they won't pop off when the little one is trying their hardest to open the cabinet. They attach with 3M foam adhesive so you have to peel the paper off of the adhesive and stick it on good. To open the locks once they're on you pinch the two buttons together to release the one side of the lock and then you can open your cabinet. The.
