Works great for bruises. The consistency is ideal for the use, the smell is rather strong though which can be hard for a lot of people to handle if you are very sensitive to smells. Before the first use I made sure to test it on my wrist because I did not want a rash. I used this on my section scar from having my son and while I did not see nay difference there I did see some difference on the bruises caused by my son jumping on me. I saw a reduction in size and discoloration within a few hours. Product provided for evaluation.
