I'm not sure if you've ever tried to replace pasta with squash noodles, but tis just not the same. Personally, I wouldn't tell people to try it because it doesn't taste the same and no one will eat it. With that being said my son currently won't eat anything that doesn't look like a noodle so I have to put all his food on this thing if I want him to eat. Carrot pasta, squash pasta, apple pasta, basically anything that I can make look like pasta. I can turn basically anything into a noodle in about a minute, it doesn't matter how hard the food is it will not slow this down at all. Clean up is easy I just throw this in the dishwasher or I can wash it by hand it doesn't matter. Product provided for evaluation.
