I was surprised at how nice of a color and smell this tea had as soon as I opened the bag. The cost doesn't bother me as much as I thought because I do love to support fair trade and small business owners. It''s such an interesting tea it tastes very different from any other tea I have had before, which isn't a bad thing. 1.5-2 teaspoons will make a very strong cup, I tend to reuse my leaves and get about 20oz total from them. I use an infuser usually in the hot water and just let it sit for a bit until I am ready to drink. I will continue to purchase from this company. Product provided for evaluation.
