While you cannot see the difference over night I can just tell its really helping my hair grow. I do plan to purchase a few more bottles after this one is gone. I don't have any issues taking the supplement and it does not cause any issues from what I have experienced yet. I am rather happy with the outcome I am seeing, not only is my hair growing, (for once) it is also a lot stronger I do not notice it breaking off as much. Product provided for evaluation.
