I love my EOs and this book is great for the recipes if you aren't new to the oiling world. If you are new to the oiling world this whole book is a must read for you. There are step by step instructions telling you what to use for what and why. There are lists of what each oil can be used for. So unless you are just stepping into the oil world this book might not be very helpful to you. Product provided for evaluation.
