The guide is easy to follow so there shouldn't be any confusion on how this product is supposed to work. I think the drops taste horrible and I have to mix them into a spoon of juice otherwise they make me want to gag. These drops aren't a cute all so you do have to involve diet and exercise if you want to see results. This product really surprised me! I have never really taken most weight loss programs seriously but I'm giving this one a shot and so far it's going great. Product provided for evaluation.
