I got this to help support my thyroid function and I can say after taking two daily for about two weeks now I've noticed a difference. I have been trying to reduce the amount of pills I take daily because I hate taking multiple medications so after talking to my doctor if this helps we may be able to start weaning off some of the medications and if my numbers stay consistent I can take this instead. While I have been noticing a difference only time will tell but I am hopeful. I do recommend this to other in my situation if you want a more natural alternative to medication.
