Waist trimmer belt

I wear this for a few hours a day and while I'm not sure if its actually trimming my waist what I do know is that its providing a great deal of support to my lower back which is something I really do need. This does make me look better under some clothing but I do not see any long term results in the change of my waist shape. What I do notice is that this can make me sweat the whole time I am wearing it and while I wear this if I have it to tight then I have a hard time breathing. The belt is easy to adjust and should be easy to wash I prefer to soak it and hand wash but I am sure you can put it in the washer. Product provided for evaluation.
