It's a ping pong paddle, so I wasn't sure what I was supposed to expect but this does the job. I can easily play ping pong with this paddle and I haven't actually had any issues. Not sure if there are actually different ratings, but this one is very lightweight and I'm not sure if it's actually smaller than the other but it seems a normal size. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip without any discomfort. Great for the casual player, product provided of evaluation.
