L-arginine

L-arginine is an amino acid which is good for your blood flow which means this is great for working out of if you are trying to help your circulation. This can help support you muscle growth and you muscle recovery from working out. When you are working out at the gym you will certainly notice that you are able to lift more and you muscles are overall working better. Aside from better working muscles I have not noticed any other changes. Product provided for evaluation.
