quick meals

Great vegetarian cookbook, the meals are simple and easy enough that if you wanted to make it as a meat dish everything would still workout perfectly. A handful of the recipes would be good for beginners and not require a lot of ingredients, the rest well I'm not sure if they really are able to be done in fifteen minutes. The instructions on all the meals though are simple to follow which is something I was not expecting because most cookbook are written for people who know how to cook well, which isn't me. Overall I would say this can be good for the aspiring cook, product provided for evaluation.
