Not a bad manual grinder, certainly better than a few I have tried to use in the past. The nonslip grip is probably one of the best features on the grinder because it makes it simple to hold and use. I did not experience any hand or muscle fatigue while grinding about a pound of beans. Super easy to clean also because you can pretty much just rinse everything right off when you're done. If you are not used to manual grinders this can be a bit of adjustment as well as a learning curve as to how much power it really takes to use a product like this. Overall I think this is great for anyone, the product was provided for evaluation purposes.
