Struggle and life in New York City might as well go hand in hand but for Joe its the end of the world because disaster strikes and Joe is anything but prepared for doomsday. He defiantly will not be on any episodes of Doomsday Preppers. He is your typical white collar guy that likes to box in his free time. Surprisingly, he is fairly good at survival and survival tactics.Which comes in handy considering the demons he is going to face. I enjoyed the book it really was a good read, Joe was the strongest character, and had the most depth. Joe was dedicated to finding and saving Beth and as inspired as he was he was able to inspire others to fight with him and for him. The ending was interesting not what was expected thats for sure, this would be a good read for anyone who enjoys a good action read.
