Colon Detox Total Body Cleanse, does exactly what it advertises and I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who has stomach issues. I received this product in return for my honest and unbiased opinion. Considering I have stomach problems I think this was one of my favorite items to review. While the first day taking it you do feel a little bit off and the symptoms do appear to be that of the flu or a cold but have no fear it is just the detox starting. Also, don't worry its completely natural so you are not pumping you body full of chemicals like those detox shakes. Just make sure you take the full dose with a glass of water and follow the instructions otherwise who knows what could happen. After you take it you will start to sweat but it won't really smell like sweat, can't explain the smell but it's not really my normal smell. I would say to make sure you drink enough water all day at least a gallon to help flush everything out even more. From the second day on you will feel normal again, but still drink enough water it's important otherwise you can end up dehydrated. On the bright side it can help lose a pond or two so if you are about to start a clean eating diet or just a diet in general this would be a great product to use prior to help kickstart things. The capsules don't taste horrible, but they also don't taste anywhere near good. They are clear so you can see the inside so that's good for anyone who worries about what is really inside of these things.
