My back is terrible. I have constant pain and if it were any other part of my body it would just stop working. I had a lot of pain while I am sitting, standing, laying flat on my back so basically I am always in pain. This helps me relieve some of the pain while I am sitting or standing, obviously I am not going to be sleeping in this. It's easy to put on, lightweight, comfortable, and doesn't make me sweat like its the middle of the summer.While I have this on nice and tight I can literally feel my spine adjust and it removes almost all the pressure in my lower back so I can move easier. This is a must have for people like me. Absolutely thrilled with this product which I received for evaluation.
