4 stars because instructions are important and this did not have any. After having two kids in two years its time I get back on the workout horse and this seemed like the best place to start, using my own weight and gravity. So after figuring out how to get this installed in the basement I went to work and could really feel it working. I also like when I am not using this we can unhook it and put it in its nice bag unlike other fitness centers that are always going to be eyesores. Product provided for evaluation.
