Didn't come with instruction and I cannot stand the strobe setting. With those two things set aside I like this, it'll certainly help me while trying to work in dark areas. The band is comfortable and adjustable, you can even get it small enough for a child head. What I also found useful is the multiple light settings including the red light. Product provided for evaluation.
