I was a long time diva cup user, but the stem was irritating so I would have to flip the cup inside out to wear it. Then as you might think getting it in and out was a bit rough and breaking the seal on the top could be hard to do. So I was concerned I would have issues with the stem on the Rose cup. It's made out of the soft silicone all other reusable cups are good for so its easy to use and easy to clean. The sizing is based on whether you have children or not, nothing else because your cervix changes after children whether you had them vaginally or not it doesn't matter. If the stem is a bit long when you're wearing the cup you can trim it up a little bit. If you follow the instructions you shouldn't have any issues with the cup. Product provided for evaluation.
